		Virginia Wai-Ping Virginia is Senior Vice President, Canadian Equities with Natcan Investment Management. Virginia has 20 years' investment experience and has managed Altamira mutual funds since 2003. Virginia holds a Bachelor of Science degree from York University, a Masters of Science degree from Carleton University and is a Chartered Financial Analyst charterholder.

		Jacqueline Allison Jacqueline is Vice President, Canadian Equities with Natcan Investment Management. Jacqueline has 10 years' investment management experience and has managed Altamira mutual funds since 2006. Jacqueline holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of the West Indies, a Masters of Science degree in Mineral Exploration, and a Ph.D. in Mineral Economics from McGill University. She also holds the Professional Geoscientist (Ontario) designation and is a Chartered Financial Analyst charterholder.

		Claude Boulos Claude is Senior Vice President, Canadian Equities with Natcan Investment Management. Claude has 18 years' investment experience and started at Natcan in 1997. Claude holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Public Accounting) and an MBA from the École des Hautes Études Commerciales (HEC) - Université de Montréal. He is also a Chartered Accountant and a Chartered Business Valuator.

		Christian Cyr Christian is Vice President, Small Cap Equities with Natcan Investment Management. He has 12 years' investment experience and started at Natcan in 2000. Christian holds a Bachelor of Administration in Finance from Université Laval and is a Chartered Financial Analyst charterholder.

		Rick Howson Richard (Rick) Howson is Chief Investment Officer and Executive Vice president of Howson Tattersall. He holds a BA from the University of Toronto, an MBA from York University (1973), and earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 1978. Rick's investment career spans over thirty years. Prior to joining Howson Tattersall in 1989, he was a research analyst at a large Canadian brokerage firm specializing in the Communications and small cap sectors and subsequently a portfolio manager. Rick's duties include portfolio management responsibilities for Canadian equities, balanced mandates and income trusts.

		Suzann Pennington Suzann's primary area of focus is on Canadian equity portfolios. She works closely with the Chief Investment Officer of Howson Tattersall in conducting research and mentoring the research analysts. Suzann holds a Bachelor of Mathematics degree in Actuarial Science and Statistics from the University of Waterloo and has completed the Chartered Financial Analyst program. Suzann brings eighteen years experience analyzing and managing equities. Prior to joining Howson Tattersall in 2005, Suzann spent six years at Synergy Asset Management utilizing her value-based fundamental analysis approach.
