Altamira assumed management of the Capital Growth Fund in December, 1988. Commissions, trailing commissions, management fees and expenses all may be associated with mutual fund investments and the use of an asset allocation service. Please read the prospectus before investing. The Average Annual Returns are for the periods ended April 30, 2008, and are the simple rates of return (ytd, 3 mths, and 1 yr) or the historical annual compounded rates of return (2, 3, 4, 5, 10 yrs and since inception). The Annual Returns are the historical annual simple returns for the one year periods ending April 30. All rates of return shown include changes in share/unit value and reinvestment of all dividends/distributions, and do not take into account sales, redemption, distribution or optional charges or income taxes payable by any securityholder that would have reduced returns. Mutual funds are not guaranteed, their values change frequently and past performance may not be repeated. A 2% early withdrawal fee (which is payable to the fund) applies to all Altamira Funds, except the Altamira T-Bill Fund and the Canadian and Global Income Funds, upon redemption or exchange proceeds attributable to units or shares purchased and held less than 30 days. More up-to-date performance data may be obtained from Altamira Financial Services Ltd. Mutual fund securities are not covered by the Canada Deposit Insurance Corporation or by any other government deposit insurer. There can be no assurance that the T-Bill Fund will be able to maintain its net asset value per security at a constant amount or that the full amount of your investment in the fund will be returned to you.
