AAO Secure Message Service

Enables online communication with an Investment Specialist through AAO.  Simply click on "Contact Us" at the top of the page or choose "Message Centre" followed by "Write a Message." 

With AAO two-way messaging, you can comfortably discuss investment choices, reference your account number, request a change of address, etc.

We try to respond to all messages within 24 hours of receipt and for those sent on a Sunday or holiday, we aim to respond by the end of the next business day.

You've Got Mail

We'll notify you by email when we send a reply (note that a reply is marked with the prefix RE in the subject line). There is also a link that appears at the top of all AAO screens, which reads "You have new messages." Simply click on that link or on "Message Centre" and then click on the individual item to open the message.
