AltaAccess Online Demo

Admin Options

This is where you view and update your AAO user profile and preferences. You can also add or remove accounts that you can access on AAO, register to trade or choose to receive documents electronically. Available options include the following:

1. Change your passwords, either the login password (min 10 characters) or the trading password (min 4 characters).

2. Provide a personal email address so that we may contact you if the need should arise and for online document delivery purposes.

3. Customize "My Funds" Watchlist, which enables you to establish a list of Altamira funds and track their daily price moves.  Note that this list can be adjusted at any point in time and changes take effect immediately.

4. Customize Rep Details. You can show or hide the photo and announcements displayed to the left of your Portfolio Summary.

5. Message Centre allows you to activate/change online document delivery options.

6. Legal References provides links to the Online Trading Agreement, Electronic Document Delivery Agreement, and information on Protecting Your Privacy.

7. Edit List of Accounts you want to access, either by adding or removing accounts available via AAO.

8. View/Change Trading Status permits you to activate/deactivate one or more of the buy, sell, and switch options.

9. Register for Trading on AAO, which requires you to read and accepts the terms of our Online Trading Agreement and then contact an Investment Specialist by telephone to have the service formally activated.
