Getting Started

The first step is to register as an AltaAccess Online user. We'll give you a Client Number and you select a password that is at least ten characters in length. If you also register for online trading you must call an Investment Specialist, who will activate your online trading privileges. (To trade online, you must have MoneyLine service on your account). 

What information do I need to register?

• The account number(s) as well as the accountholder's Social Insurance Number (SIN) and date of birth.
• The system will display your Client Number only once. Please ensure you write this number down since you will need it to log in.  

Once I've registered, how do I view my account(s)? 

• You can view your account information immediately after registration. Return to the Welcome Screen, then enter your Client Number and password, and click "Login".
